It was Michele's last day here at Auckland.. Fang, sis and I had a long chat with her the previous night.. We finished half a tub of chocolate chip ice-cream as we chatted.. So sinful yet so happy.. The funny thing was the more we ate, the colder we felt..lolz..
We prepared "ai xin" breakfast for the youg lady in the morning... Scrambled eggs, toast and orange juice... She loved it!
In the afternoon, the three of us, together with Terry and Daryl accompanied Michele to the airport.. We sure gonna miss her.. See ya back in S'pore soon Michele!
In the evening, Terry brought us to this Indian Restaurant called Hare Krishnan at K Road.. See pictures below..

Saturday (22nd July) - Devonport
It was another group trip, this time round with Michele too... Devonport is a charming seaside village, on the northern shores of Auckland City, and is around 10mins by ferry from the city...
The houses there are all beautiful, each so unique and special from the rest.. There are a wide range of restaurants, cafes and art galleries.. No need for a car, easy walking and once again, incredible sceneries....
Devonport, here we go...
Jiayu and sis..the ferry ride to devonport was better than the one to waiheke because the sun was out and the sky was blue..
Arriving at Devonport ferry terminal..
Wendy and I infront of The Esplanade Hotel..
Cloudless sky...
Hmmm.....
A closer view of the sea..
The yachts looked so huge from near...
All of us..make a guess where am I..
Torpedo Bay and North Head behind us..
A playground that unleash the childhood us..
Sis took a video of us playing this merry-go-round thingy.. it was funny!
Carol and i at the entrance of North Head, ready to climb the hill...
Spectacular views of the harbour and the town..
Chee Chuan inside a military tunnel...
Group photo..
Look what we found - a helicopter spot..
Walking along Cheltenham Beach to our next destination - Mt Victoria
Up, up, up and up we went....
Looking down and i thought to myself, unbelievable, we actually climb all the way up..
Once we reached the top of Mt Victoria, this is what we saw.....
